Dr Brett Degoldi, who is trained in both law and psychology, will help you understand the multidisciplinary approach to working with families going through separation and divorce. He is an International leader in the field of collaborative law.

Dr Degoldi has conducted research in collaborative law since 2004 and completed the first Master of Laws degree specialising in collaborative law in 2007.

He has 20 years experience as a presenter, coach and negotiator.

He has taught at the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law, Monash University, Department of Psychology, and Edith Cowan University, School of Psychology. He has written on collaborative law for lawyers and psychologists.

Dr Degoldi is called to the Bar of Ontario in Canada and practices law with Galbraith Family Law.
